Entourage is a TV show that ran from 2004 to 2011 and is a comedy-drama. It was shown on HBO, and Doug Ellin made it.

The name of the show comes from a slang word for a group of people who hang out at parties or movie premieres with a famous person.

The show is based on Mark Wahlberg’s real-life experiences as an actor and film producer, growing up in Hollywood with his childhood friends. The main characters in the series are New Yorker Vince Chase and his group of childhood friends from Queens, New York, who follow him to Los Angeles when he moves there to become an actor.

The show is about a group of high school friends who are thrown into a world they could never have imagined. There, they find that the greatest adventure of their lives is right outside their front door. Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly, Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara, Jeremy Piven, and Emmanuelle Chriqui are all on the show, which was written by Doug Ellin.

Entourage has won several awards, including a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series in 2007 and two Golden Globe Awards for Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy in 2008 and 2009. In 2005, 2007, and 2008, the show was also up for three TCA Awards: Individual Achievement in Comedy, Program of the Year, and Outstanding New Program of the Year.
